Cancelled – Grief Culinary Series: Cooking for One

Bereavement impacts all areas of life, including cooking and mealtime. Feelings such as isolation, depression and grief can lead to skipped meals or unhealthy eating. Commonly, the pain and burden individuals face when preparing a meal or setting a table for one goes unacknowledged. This program works to empower individuals to express their grief in healthy ways while adjusting to a new normal after losing a loved one. This program is for individuals who lost a spouse or a partner within the past year.
