NOTE: Please meet outside of the Wildlife Discovery Center.

Research demonstrates that outdoor exercise, such as hiking, offers health and well-being benefits. Join us for a nature meditation followed by a two mile hike. Please wear comfortable hiking or running shoes, bring a water bottle and dress for the weather. The hiking terrain is not paved and we may encounter irregular surface paths – all part of the beauty and joy of the hike!

The Preserve/Farm entrance is located off of Waukegan Road, South of SR 176 (Rockland Road) but north of SR 60. Take Middlefork Drive to its conclusion and then bear left to enter the parking lot.
