Stress Reduction Through Mindfulness

FreeMindfulness is a way of thinking that has the potential to reduce stress and change the way you view challenges. In this series, you will be introduced to this evidence-based approach and will learn mindfulness basics through instruction, experiential exercises and discussion. Attendance to all sessions is highly recommended.
