The Mindful Kitchen – Slow It Down: The Patient Kitchen

Our food choices provide a unique opportunity to integrate pleasure and nourishment and to cultivate wellness. Join an intimate group in a unique series to explore how our environment, thoughts, and behaviors regarding food have evolved to shape our current habits today. Participants will gather around the table with a mindfulness counselor and oncology dietitian to discuss how to reconnect with healthy eating. Participants will meet monthly in the Susan Barr Demonstration Kitchen and will learn how to prepare deliciously simple meals that will transform cooking and eating into a healthy positive experience.
This group is limited to 12 participants.
