Beginning T’ai Chi Chih with Donna
T’ai Chi Chih® is Joy Thru Movement, a moving meditation originated by Justin Stone. In this beginner class you will learn several simple movements that are easy to learn and do. The movements are slow, gentle, and can easily be done by anyone regardless of age or physical condition. They involve no physical contact and emphasize self-awareness, well-being and energy flow.
