This interactive program by Erin Bishop is designed to help equip individuals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to actively manage their care, and navigate the complexities of the healthcare system. Through practical guidance on patient rights, effective communication, health literacy, resource navigation, and emotional resilience, participants will learn how to advocate for themselves, make informed decisions, and feel more in control of their healthcare journey.
