An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until Tuesday, June 8, 2021

Mindfulness is a way of thinking that has the potential to reduce stress and change the way you view challenges. In this series, you will be introduced to this evidence-based approach and will learn mindfulness basics through instruction, experiential exercises and discussion. Attendance to all sessions is highly recommended.

Registration is limited to 25 participants.

Program series dates are Tuesdays: May 4, May 11, May 18, May 25, June 1, and June 8.

*Registration closes at 8:00 pm on May 3rd.
*Class opens for log-in 15 minutes prior to the start time.
*An email with log-in instructions will be sent the evening before each class.
