An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Tuesday, repeating until Tuesday, November 16, 2021

Mindfulness allows us to observe our emotional experiences without trying to change them. The emphasis is on understanding and acceptance. In practice, it can aid us in controlling our behaviors and reactions by enabling us to observe the contents of our minds, leading to greater insight when navigating challenges, decreased stress, and even improved social functioning. This series will walk you through the history and basics of mindfulness-based practices through instruction, discussion, and experiential involvement.

Attendance to all sessions is highly recommended.  Session dates October 12, October 19, October 26, November 2, November 9 and November 16.
*Registration closes at 8:00 pm on October 11th.
*Class opens for log-in 15 minutes prior to the start time.
*An email with log-in instructions will be sent the evening before each class.
