The labyrinth is an ancient symbol for healing and a path to renewing the body-mind-spirit connection. Walking a labyrinth involves the creative and intuitive mind (right brain) and can be calming and balancing. Join Kim via Zoom to learn about the benefits of walking a labyrinth and then plan a visit to the Cancer Wellness Center’s new outdoor labyrinth for our own walking meditation!
