Virtual: Learn to Meditate

What is meditation? What is mindfulness? What is the relationship of meditation to mindfulness? How does one apply these to living peacefully with a serious medical condition? Learn the answers to these questions, and more, in this presentation. Students will learn basic meditation skills.
Presented by: Carl Jerome, North Shore Dharma and Meditation Center
*Registration closes at 8:00 pm the day before the program
*Program opens for log-in 15 minutes prior to the start time
*Program closes for log-in 5 minutes after the class starts
*An email with log-in instructions will be sent the evening before the program and within two hours of the program.
