
Virtual – Mindful Self-Compassion – 10 Week Series

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Tuesday, repeating until Tuesday, May 20, 2025
In this 10-week series, you will explore evidence-based practices to integrate mindful self-compassion into your daily life through both formal and informal practices. This class is designed for those who wish to start or deepen their mindful self-compassion journey, with the support of a like-minded community.
Each 60-minute session will feature an introduction to specific self-compassion practices, a guided meditation, group discussion, and opportunities to ask questions. Participants will also receive helpful resources, including audio guidance for home practice, and weekly follow-up emails with additional materials to support ongoing development. Throughout this series, we will explore how to embody mindful self-compassion and cultivate awareness of our present-moment experiences.
Note: Basic meditation/ mindfulness experience is preferred.
Requirements:
- Your video must remain ON at all times except during meditation practices.
- Choose a quiet and stationary place without distractions.
