An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until Wednesday, November 4, 2020

Mindfulness is a way of thinking that has the potential to reduce stress and change the way you view challenges. In this series, you will be introduced to this evidence-based approach and will learn mindfulness basics through instruction, experiential exercises and discussion. Attendance to all sessions is highly recommended.

Registration is limited to 20 participants.

Presented by: Deborah Kronenberger, MA, LCPC

Program series dates are Wednesdays: September 30, October 7, October 14, October 21, October 28, and November 4.

PLEASE NOTE:
*Registration closes at 8:00 pm on October 6th
*Class opens for log-in 15 minutes prior to the start time
*An email with log-in instructions will be sent the evening before each class.
