Virtual: Rethinking Comfort Food Swaps That Work for You

At this time of year, stress and emotional eating can present a challenge for our wellness goals. To improve our eating habits, we sometimes consider “food swaps”, like mashed cauliflower instead of mashed potatoes. While this may seem like a good strategy, comfort food swaps might perpetuate a cycle of stressful and emotional eating. Also, some food swaps are less nutritious than the original food. Join Lori and Debby in a discussion about how to navigate holiday eating pitfalls, and whether food substitutions can be a healthful approach for you. Debby and Lori will also share solutions to improve your approach to healthy eating.
