Virtual: Sitting Together: Continuing and Building Your Mindfulness Practice With Others April 14

This class is interactive and open to those who have taken “Stress Reduction Through Mindfulness” or “Virtual: Mindfulness Basics”. This discussion based class will help students deepen and continue their mindfulness practice.
*Registration closes at 4:00 pm the day before the class
*Class opens for log-in 15 minutes prior to the start time
*Class closes for log-in 5 minutes after the class starts
*An email with log-in instructions will be sent the evening before class.
