Virtual: Sitting Together: Continuing and Building Your Mindfulness Practice With Others April 28

This class is interactive and open to those who have taken “Stress Reduction Through Mindfulness” or “Virtual Mindfulness Basics.” This discussion based class will help students deepen and continue their mindfulness practice.
*Registration closes at 4:00 pm the day before the class
*An Automated Registration Confirmation received for registrations made after 4pm closure is NOT valid
*Class opens for log-in 15 minutes prior to the start time
*Class closes for log-in 5 minutes after the class starts
*An email with log-in instructions will be sent the evening before class ONLY if registration was completed before 4 pm
