Virtual: Stress Reduction Class

Weekly Wellness Class – Registration is only needed one time for this class.  You will be added onto the class roster and will continue to receive the login instructions every week.

Stress Reduction With Michelle

In this class, participants will be guided through a variety of research-based stress reduction strategies.  Each week, there will be a focus on different tools and techniques including progressive muscle relaxation, guided imagery, breathing, meditation, and various mindfulness exercises.

PLEASE NOTE:
*Registration closes at 8:00 pm the day before the class
*Class opens for log-in 15 minutes prior to the start time
*An email with log-in instructions will be sent the morning of the class.
