Virtual: Stress Reduction Class August 4

FreeIn this class, participants will be guided through a variety of research-based stress reduction strategies. Each week, there will be a focus on different tools and techniques including progressive muscle relaxation, guided imagery, breathing, meditation, and various mindfulness exercises.

*Registration closes at 4:00 pm the day before the class
*Class opens for log-in 15 minutes prior to the start time
*Class closes for log-in 5 minutes after the class starts
