 r healthcare. You will leave the session with the tools and documents to cr
 eate your own advance directive for healthcare.\n\nThis workshop will encou
 rage participants to consider their wishes for their medical care in the fu
 ture\, in emergency situations\, and for end-of-life care\; and ensure thos
 e wishes are legally documented. It can be difficult to think about medical
  emergencies and illness. Learn how to start the conversation. By planning 
 ahead\, you can be empowered to ensure your wishes are heard and followed.\
