DESCRIPTION:Cancer journeys often bring profound shifts in our connections\
 , whether with ourselves\, loved ones\, or the world around us. These conne
 ctions may change\, fade\, or even unexpectedly deepen.\n\nWhat does it tru
 ly mean to connect\, and how can we intentionally enhance our relationships
  with ourselves\, those we care about\, and the broader world?\n\nThis prog
 ram will explore connection from a somatic mind/body perspective\, offering
  tools to foster deeper awareness and meaningful relationships. Through exp
 erimentation and play\, we'll discover how to use both body and mind in ope
 n\, caring\, and relaxed ways\, exploring joy\, love\, and the challenges t

 the voluntary option to participate in an ongoing self-reporting study\, ru
 n in conjunction with Dr. John Lothes\, M.A. LPA\, Ed.D. of the UNCW Colleg
 e of Health and Applied Human Science that will investigate the impact Rich
  and this program have on those affected by Cancer. This is aimed at helpin
 g with the continued development and research into the Somatic approaches t
 hat have helped so many at the Cancer Wellness Center and other places wher
 e Rich shares his work. (Your involvement in the study is kindly requested
