DESCRIPTION:QiGong (“Chee-Kung”) is the modern term for the ancient art
  and science of health maintenance and healing. It’s a practice of workin
 g with Qi\, the vital energy that animates all living things.\n\nWe will fo
 cus on deep relaxation through self-regulation of the nervous system – es
 pecially Vagal Tone.\n\nOur class will include four essential Qi cultivatio
 n methods:\n\n \nPostural alignment and gentle movement\n \nBreath practice
 \n \nSelf-applied massage and Acupressure\n \nVisualization and Meditation\
 n\nDuring the last part of the workshop - we will be taking a seated guided
  imagery journey inward that is designed to awaken an internal resource tha
 t may be of personal use to you at this moment on your path - the medicine 
 within.\n\nEverything can be done seated or standing.\n\nPlease wear comfor
