 roup for a brief nature meditation followed by a two-mile hike. Wear comfor
 table hiking or running shoes and dress for the weather. The hiking terrain
  is not paved and we may encounter irregular surface paths – all part of 
 the beauty and joy of the hike!\n\nPresented by Mark Livshots\, MA\n\n(This
