 n\nGentle Yoga – Wednesdays with Judy\n\nYoga uses physical postures\, br
 eath work and meditation to bring mind and body back into a balanced state.
  These classes are for all fitness levels and can be practiced in a chair i
 f necessary. The instructor will lead the class will offer modifications wh
 en appropriate.  Corrections and modifications can be offered when needed 
 for the participants joining us at the Cancer Wellness Center.\n\nIf unable
  to join in-person\, you can view previously recorded yoga classes on our Y
 ouTube channel - CLICK HERE\n\nRSVP below to attend in-person.\n\nLimit of 
 12 participants.\n\nPlease arrive 10 minutes early for check in.\n\nLate ar
