  both physical health and mental well-being. Join us for a two-mile hike th
 rough natural terrain. Please wear comfortable hiking or running shoes and 
 dress appropriately for the weather. The trail is unpaved and may include u
 neven surfaces.\n\nThis program is for anyone who has lost a loved one to c

  weather.\n\nPlease meet in the parking lot of the Elawa Farm Foundation. T
 he Preserve/Farm entrance is located off of Waukegan Road\, South of SR 176
  (Rockland Road) but north of SR 60. Take Middlefork Drive to its conclusio
