 n\nResearch shows that spending time outdoors can support both physical hea
 lth and emotional well-being. Join us for a gentle\, two-mile walk through 
 a natural setting. Please wear comfortable walking or running shoes and dre
 ss for the weather. The path is unpaved and may include some uneven areas.\
 n\nThis program is for anyone who has lost a loved one to cancer within the
  last 5 years.\n\nPresented by: Stephanie Aaron\, LCSW\n\nRegister below to
  attend.\n\nHike will be canceled in the event of inclement weather.\n\nPle
 ase meet in the parking lot of the Elawa Farm Foundation. The Preserve/Farm
  entrance is located off of Waukegan Road\, South of SR 176 (Rockland Road)
  but north of SR 60. Take Middlefork Drive to its conclusion and then bear
