In our fast-paced worlds, we often walk to arrive somewhere else. We hurry through our steps to get to the next task, the next meeting, or the next destination. But what happens when the destination is simply the step we are taking right now?
Join us for a unique, grounding meditation experience inside the sacred geometry of the labyrinth. Lightly inspired by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh’s beloved book, How to Walk, this class is an invitation to bring your full presence back to your body and the earth.
What to Expect:
- Cultivate “Peace Print” Steps
- Sync Breath and Body
- Arrive in the Present Moment
- Embrace Togetherness
“The earth is so beautiful. We are beautiful also. We can allow ourselves to walk mindfully, touching the earth with each step.” — Thich Nhat Hanh
