 side the entrance by California Pizza Kitchen.\n\nResearch shows that outdo
 or activities like hiking may be beneficial for both physical health and me
 ntal well-being. Join us for a two-mile hike through natural terrain. Pleas
 e wear comfortable hiking or running shoes and dress appropriately for the 
 weather. The trail is unpaved and may include uneven surfaces.\n\nPresented

 eet in the parking lot of the Elawa Farm Foundation. The Preserve/Farm entr
 ance is located off of Waukegan Road\, South of SR 176 (Rockland Road) but 
 north of SR 60. Take Middlefork Drive to its conclusion and then bear left
