 n\nResearch shows that outdoor activities like hiking may be beneficial for
  both physical health and mental well-being. Join us for a two-mile hike th
 rough natural terrain. Please wear comfortable hiking or running shoes and 
 dress appropriately for the weather. The trail is unpaved and may include u
 neven surfaces.\n\nPresented by Dominique James\, LCPC\n\n(This hike is res
 erved for any male participant - those diagnosed\, caregiving or bereaved)\
 n\nRegister below to attend.\n\nHike will be canceled in the event of incle
 ment weather.\n\nPlease meet in the parking lot of the Elawa Farm Foundatio
 n. The Preserve/Farm entrance is located off of Waukegan Road\, South of SR
  176 (Rockland Road) but north of SR 60. Take Middlefork Drive to its concl
