 alth and well-being benefits. Join the group for a brief nature meditation 
 followed by a two-mile hike. Wear comfortable hiking or running shoes\, bri
 ng a water bottle\, and dress for the weather. The hiking terrain is not pa
 ved and we may encounter irregular surface paths – all part of the beauty

  SR 176 (Rockland Road) but north of SR 60. Take Middlefork Drive to its co
