DESCRIPTION:Join us at Ryerson Woods Forest Preserve\, Brushwood Center for
  a day of hiking\, movement\, and discussion. The retreat will be a space f
 or men impacted by cancer to connect with other men\, nature\, and themselv
 es. Activities include facilitated conversation\, an introduction to men’
 s yoga (no prior experience required!)\, and a guided birding hike with Red
  Hill Birding.\n\nA light\, healthy lunch will be provided. Please wear com
 fortable clothes and appropriate outerwear for the hike and feel free to br
 ing your own binoculars.\n\nNOTE: This retreat is reserved for any male par
