DESCRIPTION:Join us at Ryerson Woods Forest Preserve\, Brushwood Center for
  a day of hiking\, movement\, and discussion. The retreat will be a space f
 or men with cancer to connect with other men\, nature\, and themselves. Act
 ivities include facilitated conversation\, an introduction to men’s yoga 
 (no prior experience required)\, and other activities.\n\nPlease wear comfo
 rtable clothes and appropriate outerwear for the hike.\n\nA light\, healthy
  lunch will be provided.\n\nNOTE: This retreat is reserved for any male par
