 emonstrates that outdoor exercise\, such as hiking\, offers health and well
 -being benefits. Join the group for a brief nature meditation followed by a
  4 1/2 mile hike. Wear comfortable hiking or running shoes\, dress for the 
 weather and bring plenty of water. The hiking terrain is not paved and we m
 ay encounter irregular surface paths – all part of the beauty and joy of
