SUMMARY:Strategies for Ongoing Sleep Problems
DESCRIPTION:Starting September 15th\, this 4‑session group is for individ
 uals who have completed cancer treatment within the past five years\, or th
 eir spouses or partners\, who are having ongoing trouble falling asleep\, s
 taying asleep or feeling rested. Participants will receive guidance and sup
 port to try structured sleep‑related practices between sessions\, with th
 e goal of improving sleep over time.\n\nThe group is based on Cognitive Beh
 avioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT‑I)\, a well‑researched\, non‑medica
 tion approach recommended for long‑term sleep problems. To get the most b
 enefit\, participants are expected to attend all sessions.\n\nEligibility:\
 n\n \nIndividuals who have completed treatment within the past 5 years or t
 heir spouses/partners\n \nHave experienced ongoing difficulty with sleep fo
 r 3 weeks or longer\n\nPresented by: Megan McMahon\, PhD\, Gabrielle Wolk\,
  PsyD\n\nGroup meets Tuesdays\, September 15th & 29th and October 13th & 27
