 his Breathe-in class\, each week\, we will explore easy yet powerful breath
 ing techniques to breathe mindfully and release stress. The breathing techn
 iques can be easily practiced on a chair or while being comfortably seated 
 on ground or a cushion. This Breathe-in class will offer practical tools an
