 s.\n\nMindfulness is the practice of observing your thoughts\, emotions\, a
 nd physical sensations in the present moment\, without judgment. Research s
 upports mindfulness as an effective way to reduce stress\, improve focus\, 
 enhance emotional regulation\, strengthen the immune system\, and promote o
 verall well-being.\n\nEach class will include a short reading\, quote\, or 
 talk on mindfulness\, followed by a guided meditation. There will also be t
 ime for discussion\, check-ins\, and the opportunity to ask questions.\n\nN
 ote: Basic meditation/mindfulness experience is preferred.\n\nRequirements:
 \n\n \nYour video must remain ON at all times except during meditation prac
