DESCRIPTION:We invite women with a cancer diagnosis (at any stage of diagno
 sis/treatment/post-treatment) to enjoy a day of relaxation\, introspection\
 , and renewal.\n\nThis day-long retreat will include:\n• Gentle Yoga (app
 ropriate for all levels of fitness)\n• Sensory/Nature Meditation\n• Min
 dfulness Walk in the Forest\n• Using Your Creativity to Cultivate Serenit
 y\n\nA light\, healthy lunch is provided.\n\nPlease wear comfortable clothe
 s for yoga and appropriate outerwear for the weather. If the weather allows
 \, we will be spending the day outside – shade provided. You may wish to 
 bring your own yoga mat and/or comfortable outdoor chair\, but yoga mats an
 d folding chairs will be provided. In the event of inclement weather\, acti
