SUMMARY:Women’s Retreat: A Day of Relaxation and Renewal
DESCRIPTION:We invite women with a cancer diagnosis\, whether newly diagnos
 ed\, in treatment\, or within 5 years of completing treatment to enjoy a da
 y of relaxation\, introspection and renewal.\n\nThis day-long retreat will 
 include:\n\n \nJournaling\n \nRestorative Reiki and Yoga (appropriate for a
 ll)\n \nLabyrinth Walking Meditation\n \nUsing Your Creativity to Cultivate
  Serenity\n\nPlease wear comfortable clothes for yoga and appropriate outer
 wear for the weather. If the weather allows\, we will be spending the day o
 utside—shade provided. You may wish to bring your own yoga mat and/or com
 fortable outdoor chair\, but yoga mats and folding chairs will be provided.
  In the event of inclement weather\, activities will be inside.\n\nA light\
 , healthy lunch will be provided.\n\nFacilitated by: Kimberly Matthews\, MA
