Yoga has been shown to help reduce cancer-related anxiety, depression, and stress. In this 75-minute workshop, you’ll learn how yoga supports physical and emotional well-being during and after cancer treatment. The session includes an introduction to the benefits of yoga, followed by a guided practice to help you apply these techniques in a gentle, supportive environment.
Please wear comfortable clothing and come prepared to breathe, relax, and move at your own pace. Much of the class can be modified to do from a chair, if that is where you need to be.
