Knitting can be a relaxing hobby that reduces stress and keeps one centered in the present moment. Whether you’ve never held knitting needles before or want to refresh your skills, drop in anytime between 10:00 am – 12:00 pm and join other participants who enjoy the art of knitting.

No experience is necessary, all levels are welcome!

Supplies will be provided if needed.
