Research demonstrates that outdoor exercise, such as hiking, offers health and well-being benefits. Join us for a nature meditation followed by a two-mile hike along with others who have a shared understanding of grief and loss. Please wear comfortable hiking or running shoes, bring a water bottle and dress for the weather. The hiking terrain is not paved, and we may encounter irregular surface paths – all part of the beauty and joy of the hike!
This program is for anyone who has lost a loved one to cancer within the last 5 years.
Presented by: Stephanie Aaron, LCSW & Mark Livshots, MA, LPC
