Hiking for Health and Happiness
Please meet at Fort Sheridan Forest Preserve, 1005 Vattman Rd, Lake Forest, IL
Research demonstrates that outdoor exercise, such as hiking, offers health and well-being benefits. Join us for a brief nature meditation followed by a two-mile hike. Wear comfortable hiking or running shoes, bring a water bottle and dress for the weather. The hiking terrain is not paved and we may encounter irregular surface paths – all part of the beauty and joy of the hike! . Link below to the trail map.
