Men’s Hiking for Health & Happiness
Monday, December 5 @ 10:30 am - 11:30 amFree
Please meet outside of the Wildlife Discovery Center at Middlefork Savanna, 1401 Middlefork Drive, Lake Forest, IL 60045
Research demonstrates that outdoor exercise, such as hiking, offers health and well-being benefits. Join us outside the Discovery Center for a nature meditation followed by a two mile hike. Please arrive no later than 10:30 am, wear comfortable hiking or running shoes, bring a water bottle and dress for the weather. The hiking terrain is not paved and we may encounter irregular surface paths – all part of the beauty and joy of the hike! Hike will be cancelled in the event of rain.
