This restorative yoga class combines the calming benefits of gentle yoga with the soothing support of Reiki. Participants will be guided through classic restorative poses designed to encourage natural alignment and deep relaxation. Each pose is fully supported, allowing the body to rest comfortably while muscles soften and tension is released.
While resting in these poses, participants will receive hands‑on Reiki, a form of energy therapy that enhances the natural healing system of the body and creates a sense of well-being. The blend of restorative yoga and Reiki offers a deeply restorative experience that promotes healing and relaxation.
