Workshops
The Center offers various types of workshops year-round that allow you to learn while taking action over time. Some of our offerings include an eight-week grief management wellness workshop, ongoing “There’s Something Funny About Having Cancer” stand-up comedy workshops, and goal-setting workshops.
Lectures
The Center offers virtual lectures year-round on topics of interest to people living with cancer and their loved ones and caregivers. Educational sessions cover topics including: details about specific cancer treatments and therapeutic protocols, the role of exercise and movement in cancer prevention, treatment, and survivorship, and understanding clinical trials.
