Are you interested in discovering how yoga can enhance your health and well-being? Join us for this ultra-beginner’s introduction to the essentials of yoga designed specifically for seniors. We will explore safe and gentle movements to invigorate the body, practice basic breathing techniques to alleviate stress and anxiety and discuss mindfulness to cultivate calm and joy in our lives.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Chairs and mats will be provided to ensure everyone’s mobility and comfort.
