Join us at Local Leaf Farm, an indoor hydroponic farm located in the heart of downtown Highland Park. Founded by Stefanie and Danny Cohen, Local Leaf Farm is dedicated to growing fresh, nutrient-dense greens that support both community health and sustainable food practices.

During this guided tour, participants will:

• Explore the full growing process—from seed to sprout to harvest
• Learn about hydroponic farming methods, nutrient systems, and growth cycles
• Discover a variety of microgreens, herbs, sprouts, lettuces, and edible flowers
• Enjoy freshly harvested tasting samples
• Participate in a fun “guess the microgreen” activity
• Gain nutrition insights from CWC oncology dietitian, Lori Bumbaco
