Wellness Classes
Get holistic support for your mind, body, and spirit to help manage the multiple stressors that come with cancer diagnosis and treatment. Find a wellness class that feels right for where you are now, including strength training and vinyasa, chair, and gentle yoga.

Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is a gentle class that incorporates breathing exercises, stretching, yoga postures, and a final relaxation phase, all while using a stable chair.
Stress Reduction Class
In this class, participants will explore a variety of evidence-based techniques, like progressive muscle relaxation, guided imagery, breathing exercises, designed to reduce stress and promote well-being.
Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga uses physical postures, breath work and meditation to bring your mind and body back into a balanced state.
Grief Walk
Research demonstrates that outdoor exercise offers health and well-being benefits. Join us for a nature meditation followed by a two-mile hike along with others who have a shared understanding of grief and loss. Open for anyone who has lost a loved one to cancer within the last five years.
Healing with Energy Through Reiki
Healing With Energy Through Reiki allows you to experience Reiki energy through a guided group healing meditation and breath work, helping to reduce stress and promote relaxation.
Men’s Hike
Join us at local nature preserves for short hikes through natural terrain. This hike is reserved for any male participant – those diagnosed, caregiving, or bereaved.

Strength & Conditioning
Strength and Conditioning utilizes strategies and techniques that will help you build strength and flexibility. Using equipment such as bands and weights is encouraged.
Stress Relief Yoga
Stress Relief Yoga is focused on quiet stillness, strength, flexibility, alignment, and balance.

CWC Studio offers solutions from hair care professionals for hair loss occurring as the result of cancer treatment. Services include wig selection, fitting and styling, head shaving, and a wig care tutorial.
