Research shows that outdoor activities like hiking may be beneficial for both physical health and mental well-being. Join us for a two-mile hike through natural terrain. Please wear comfortable hiking or running shoes and dress appropriately for the weather. The trail is unpaved and may include uneven surfaces.
This program is for anyone who has lost a loved one to cancer within the last 5 years.

Please meet in the parking lot of the Elawa Farm Foundation. The Preserve/Farm entrance is located off of Waukegan Road, South of SR 176 (Rockland Road) but north of SR 60. Take Middlefork Drive to its conclusion and then bear left to enter the parking lot.
