Research shows that spending time outdoors can support both physical health and emotional well-being. Join us for a gentle, two-mile walk through a natural setting. Please wear comfortable walking or running shoes and dress for the weather. The path is unpaved and may include some uneven areas.
This program is for anyone who has lost a loved one to cancer within the last 5 years.

Please meet in the parking lot of the Elawa Farm Foundation. The Preserve/Farm entrance is located off of Waukegan Road, South of SR 176 (Rockland Road) but north of SR 60. Take Middlefork Drive to its conclusion and then bear left to enter the parking lot.
