In this class, students will learn strategies and techniques that will build strength and flexibility. All levels of fitness are welcome. Wear gym shoes and comfortable clothing. Using any of your own equipment is encouraged; dumbbells, hand/leg weights, resistance bands, stability ball, small ball or pillow to squeeze, yoga blocks, yoga strap and/or a chair for balance.
