Wholeness and Healing through Art

Join meditation teacher Patti Vick, MFA, founder of Color Wheel Mindfulness, and connect with your inner flow and natural creativity. Using cray-pas and watercolors, we will create images through play, experimentation, and follow what brings us energy and satisfaction. Judgement-free art making helps us connect to our senses and imagination, creating connections between our bodies, hearts and minds. Learn how to use the Open Studio Process of intention setting, expressive art making and reflective writing as a path towards cultivating self-compassion and personal growth. Through intuitive art making we develop the capacity to trust our built-in wisdom of how best to take care of ourselves and how to be in relationship with the world around us.
